I said towards the beginning of this season, which wasn't but a few weeks ago. That Ferrari has started hindering Charles and his WDC dreams at lights out. 
Now! I have to look directly at Charles "Watch Stolen" Leclerc and say, "WTH are you doing?" He literally doubled up on wrecks in the Miami GP. He's going to earn the nickname Charles LeCrash!

Checo Perez Falls Back in The Miami GP (Red Bull May Have Pulled The Rug)

It's seems Checo has some challenges going on a consistent winning streak. It seem to be a consistent thing that Red Bull fail to deliver Checo Perez a follow up winning strategy. But, oddly these events seem to align when Perez finishes in front of Max. Is there something to this? Does Max have a clause in his contract that stipulates RBR have to favor him above all? Maybe this is just the way things go. Who knows? Someone!

The Miami GP was elaborate and star studded. It was also a mixture of misfortune and suspect moments. The rookies are spreading out. Red Bull is becoming more dominate. Mercedes are still searching for the real W14.

Toto Wolff makes mention that Mercedes have Charles Leclerc on their board for a long term seat in the future. While both Toto and Charles confirm there has been no official lines opened between team Mercedes and driver Charles.
They both confirm a conversation in transit while returning from a grand prix. We all know many deals aren't generated in the office. Many deals are birthed on the golf courses and possibly in this case, the airport.
 

Is The New Sprint Shootout Better (They Aren’t Focusing on Competition)

The new sprint format was different. But, was it better? They aren't focusing on breeding solid competition. They are focused on viewership entertainment as the priority. This is where Formula 1 is going wrong!

The Azerbaijan had a mixture of challenges and high point throughout the weekend.
Ferrari showed to be strong until the actual Grand Prix. Checo Perez let RBR know that he isn't their second fiddle. Then we have a new sprint format that barely changed the end result at all. We still had the top four teams absorb the points and the midfield teams show lack of interest.

Azerbaijan GP Pitlane Incident (The FIA Had a Near Death Situation)

The FIA banned personnel of any from climbing up on the pitlane debris fence. They have been lack on enforcing this. Maybe had they been consistent on that, then they may have been more prepared at the Azerbaijan GP and avoided the situation where people were nearly struck by Ocon as he was rightfully pitting before the end of the race.

Felipe Has to Be For Real (Ferrari and Felipe Himself Are to Blame | Lewis is 2008 WDC)

The recent groundswell of Crashgate costing Felipe Massa the 2008 Formula 1 WDC is hogwash. The constant narrative that Lewis isn't the legit WDC of 2008 due to Crashgate, is even more egregious.
Truth is, Ferrari and Felipe ruined their chance well after the early stages of the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix.

Azerbaijan Sprint Shootout (Max Verstappen Got Some Get Right)

Max definitely got a dose of his own race medicine. And, he didn't like it one bit. But, Russell didn't give two pennies. Russell says he will not just wave Max by because he's in a Red Bull car. Many drivers need to consider the double standard.
The new sprint shootout format still needs some tweaking before I'm confident it will breed a truly competitive environment. There are many areas to be address about the sprint format.

Gunther Steiner Talking Loud (HAAS Need Not Focus on Top Teams or Lewis 44)

Gunther has managed to make a name for himself with curse words, antics and his since of humor.
However, Gunther has yet to take those elements and produce a top 5 running team. He seems to be more focused on Mercedes having a slump season and how many Championships Sir Lewis Hamilton has earned during his career.
