Checo Perez Falls Back in The Miami GP (Red Bull May Have Pulled The Rug)

It's seems Checo has some challenges going on a consistent winning streak. It seem to be a consistent thing that Red Bull fail to deliver Checo Perez a follow up winning strategy. But, oddly these events seem to align when Perez finishes in front of Max. Is there something to this? Does Max have a clause in his contract that stipulates RBR have to favor him above all?
